Thank you for shopping with xLumora. We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for items that are:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
- Faulty, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.
Refunds are not available for:
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page.
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable files, gift cards) unless they are defective or inaccessible due to an error on our part.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Contact us at xlumoradesign@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- If approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA, using a trackable shipping method.
Please note: Items returned without an RMA number may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong product shipped), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. International Returns
For customers outside United States, please note:
- Return shipping may involve additional customs fees or duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
6. Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability. If you’d like an exchange, please mention this when contacting us. Shipping fees for exchanges follow the same guidelines as refunds.
